The purpose of this notice is to inform you of the new data deliveries we have added in the latest months and what we are adding in future months.
All of the data we report on is available for structured delivery feeds in Json, XML formats over our API services, as individual requests - or batches of companies with regular updates on subscription services.
The data is structured in “packets” that can be selected from the complete data structure to meet your specific requirements.
WHAT IS NEW between April and June 2022
Botswana - The load of more detailed data was completed in the month, This included the share capital, directors, and ownership, including cross border ownership for the 455,162 entities available. The links to ownership include significant volumes to South Africa, but interestingly, and in additional to European countries, also offshore countries, where registration number and other criteria of the shareholder are disclosed.
Cambodia - The load of 63,464 new entities, including Companies, Partnerships and Sole Proprietorship has also been completed in the month, The data content will be further extended in a next phase. We will also be providing regular updates for changes and new registrations.
France - In June, we commenced the load of daily changes, and new registrations from the company registries in France. In July we will commence bulk loads of registered entities, with an expectation of over 10 million by the end of August.
India IBBI - (Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India). Over 8,000 records have now been processed for notifications of reorganization and insolvency resolution of corporate entities available from 2017 onwards. All new cases will now be processed daily.
Italy - As part of the work to extend the ownership coverage of companies worldwide - the number of companies with legal identification records has been extended to over 500,000 in the month.
Mexico - The load of entities has been ongoing, mainly based on import-export lists from the official tax authority. With a target of over 600,000 entities with Name, Identification, Tax numbers (RFC), Legal Form and Status, we have loaded to date now 370,000 entities.
Namibia - Regular updates and extraction of new entities from Business and Intellectual Property Authority reaching this month 172,744 entities.
United Arab Emirates - The load of businesses registered in the National Economic Register continued during the month and there are 709,000 companies now available. These include entities with Name, Identification, Legal Form, Licence numbers and expiry dates of the Licences, also Status, and includes Free Zone Companies and Operating Branches. An active Licence is extremely important to the existence of a business.
As part of the project cross border ownership linkages with a coverage of companies worldwide, we are including extensive country loads in European countries:
France - With the addition of the France data we will be able to commence the linkage of international entities.
United Kingdom - The work on enhancing our ownership linkages, especially cross border, with the UK data has now begun.
Germany - The activities on ownership linkages is ongoing, now that we have full coverage of Germany companies in our databases.

Official Registries
Ethiopia - VAT and Licence data is now being loaded on a regular basis. In the month there were 27,842 new entities loaded. Total now 122,668.
Italy - The number of companies with legal identification records has reached a total of over 526,013 this month.
Mexico - The load of entities has been ongoing, mainly based on import-export lists from the official tax authority. Entities with Name, Identification, Tax numbers (RFC), Legal Form and Status, we have loaded 21,095 new entities this month. Total now 390,248.
Namibia - A total of 209,440 entities with daily updates based on the Official Registry availability.
Netherlands - An additional 1,395,981 entities were loaded in the month from the Chamber of Commerce. Presently the counts are 2,169,491 entities - with a total coverage expected of around 2,500,000.
Tanzania - A total of 249,679 entities with daily updates, including new incorporations.
United Kingdom - With a daily update, we have now over 5,100,000 entities loaded from Companies House, enhancing our cross border ownership linkages.
To further support cross border ownership linkages we are including extensive country loads in European countries such as Luxembourg, Germany, Italy and France.

Official Gazettes
British Virgin Islands - With 2,919 Notices processed allowing the load of entities with Registry Number, Name, Legal Form. The total number of companies is now 423,233.
Cayman Islands - With 5,495 Commercial Notices from the Gazette of the Cayman Islands Government. The total number of entities is now 218,450.
Hong Kong - There were 284 published notices of Public Notices from the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Gazette.
India - IBBI (Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India) - We have 6,598 records processed for notifications of reorganization and insolvency resolution of corporate persons, partnership firms and individuals - available from 2017 to date.
Indonesia Gazette - Berita Negara - The cumulative total of companies going into liquidation and bankruptcy registered and loaded is 4,628.
Singapore - Analysis and process of 4,792 published notices indicating “Strike Off” and “Restoration” Lists published by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority.
Switzerland - Notices by SOGC, based on the daily filings in the Swiss Commercial Registry with 4,500 new records.
Seychelles - There were 816 publications retrieved from the Seychelles Gazettes. The total number of entities is now 40,403, including domestic entities.
United States of America - Data from Bankruptcy lists increased by 652 records in the month.
PLANNING - JULY 2022
NEW - Projects and Data Loads
Oman - The analysis of the data available from the Commercial Register, has been completed and load of approximately 500,000 entities with Name, Identification, Legal Form and Status, together with share capital and ownership links will commence in July.
France - As stated above, in July we will commence bulk loads of registered entities, with an expectation of over 10 million by the end of August. Thereafter we will be able to commence the ownership linkage of companies registered in France.
